Authorized Reseller Incentive Programs

Eligibility

  • Incentive programs become eligible once the requirements have been met for three consecutive months.

If custom flavors have been designed as part of their incentive program, Ripe Vapes Inc. reserves the right to no longer supply flavor to that distributor and all exclusivity rights for that flavor will be forfeited.
  • Existing customers may be grandfathered into the incentive programs at the tier they are eligible for at the time of implementation.

Requirements:

  • $750,000 USD purchases per month.
  • General requirements met.

Rewards:

  • 10% rewards credit towards free products.
  • 3k monthly in promotional items.

  • Additional training for sales staff.
  • Best price guarantee.
  • Sneak peak at future products, involvement in product development.
  • Cash incentives for top sales people.
  • Custom flavor development exclusive to your company (limit two per year).
  • Paying to hire a dedicated Ripe Vapes liaison (if requested).

Gold Distributor

Requirements:

  • $500,000 USD purchases per month.
  • Orders paid in full no more than three business days after order is ready for shipment.
  • Next order must be placed within 30 days of the ship date.
  • General requirements met.

Rewards:

  • 5% rewards credit toward free products.
  • Mentions on our social media via reels or stories on Instagram.
  • Additional training for sales staff.
