3/21/2020 COVID-19 and Packaging Update

Starting on 3/23, Ripe Vapes will be operating with reduced staff to comply with government orders and reduce the spread of the virus.

We will be prioritizing the production of VCT over all other flavors.

Retail Customers: VCT should continue shipping as normal. Orders for all other flavors will be pulled from existing inventory until stock is depleted, at which point there may be some delays. Please call or email us at sales@ripevapes.com with any questions. Our sales staff will be available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time).

Wholesale Customers: We are planning to maintain sufficient production of VCT in order to meet demand. Please contact your wholesale rep directly via email or cell phone regarding other flavors, as there may be some delays due to limited staff.

We thank you for your support during this crisis and hope to increase production as soon as possible.

We also want to make you aware of one change that you might see in our products: The plastic shrink sleeve on the neck of the bottle that holds the hologram in place will no longer be on our products. The shrink sleeve is only there in order to make sure that the hologram does not tear or rip during transportation. We are going to be replacing this sleeve with full-bottle tamper proof seals shortly. In the interim, the hologram will be placed on the cap, and the shrink band removed. We want to ensure our customers know that bottles with a hologram on the cap and no shrink sleeve are indeed new and authentic. Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.
